DVORECKÝ BRIDGE
Dvorecký Bridge for public transport including trams, as well as for cyclists and pedestrians is a new bridge construction in Prague that spans Vltava River from the border of Hlubočepy and Smíchov to Podolí.
Transportation of the structure:
The longest and at the same time the heaviest part of the structure weighing exactly 300 tons and measuring 54 meters in length, was transported by water from Chuchle by a special cargo ship created from the PMSS pontoon modular system in combination with the MPHS support hydraulic system.
Concreting:
A set of 6 x PMSS pontoons with a lifting capacity of 180 tons, and with dimensions of 12,4 x 14,5 meters, was utilized for the transport of the concrete pump and anchor feet were used and hydrodynamically verified for the transport of the PM56-5 concrete pump. The vessel is equipped with four hydraulic supports, each with a lifting capacity of 30 tons, to stabilize the vessel during the manipulation of the concrete pump at the maximum extension, ensuring the balance against tipping moments.
